✅ Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all packaging and hang tags intact.
  • Restocking Fee: None. We don’t charge extra for restocking.

❌ Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized weavings
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items with visible signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

💸 Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Issuing Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if the item shows wear or missing parts.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Buyer‑Paid Shipping: You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • Recommended Service: Use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase insurance—we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Address: Return items to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.

📬 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@bohobreezedecor.site within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include in your message:
    • Order number
    • Item name/sku
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
  3. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Pack your item securely, write the RMA on the package, and ship it back.
