✅ Returns
- Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all packaging and hang tags intact.
- Restocking Fee: None. We don’t charge extra for restocking.
❌ Non‑Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized weavings
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Items with visible signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
💸 Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Issuing Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
- Partial Refunds: May apply if the item shows wear or missing parts.
📦 Return Shipping
- Buyer‑Paid Shipping: You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
- Recommended Service: Use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase insurance—we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Address: Return items to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.
📬 How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
- Include in your message:
- Order number
- Item name/sku
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
- We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack your item securely, write the RMA on the package, and ship it back.
